In order to achieve their goal, the organisation needed to go through changes that prepared them for success. Below is a snapshot of what was enacted;

Web Design

The website was given a fresh and modern look, becoming the company’s first eCommerce capable website in it’s history, and the first Hong Kong based company in the industry to accept Credit Card payments.

Strategies

Sales, retargeting and growth strategies were developed based on customer segments and the product lifecycle.

Revenue Generation

Expanding the product offerings, designing a subscription service, educating wholesalers and offering a white-label service are all but a few of the new income streams developed for the business.

Brand Re-Launch

New labels, packaging and products were developed to give the brand a fresh look and relaunch in late 2019.

Market Research

Competition in region and also the greater state of the market was constantly monitored. The industry is ever-changing with products starting to become more legal and accessible, the business needed to be ready.

Resources

A virtual COO was put in place to ensure that the business founders would keep their time and focus on other aspects of the business as it was needed.

Due to the success of the project, The Third Man currently remains installed as the COO, and remains a vital part of the growing venture.
